Cornpo killed Anub’Rekhan with the help of his coat tail hugging friends from Ilterendi. Anub’Rekhan has 3 distinct abilities you will need to watch for. Gratz Hablion Cryptfiend Silk Cloak

Locust Swarm (nature) : Every 1min 30 seconds, Anub’Rekhan will cast a spell Locust Swarm which is an AoE damage spell with a large radius around him. If you stay in his radius’s spell you will take a dot&debuff which stacks very quickly. Deals 875 to 1125 nature damage every 2 sec. Unable to attack. Unable to cast spells. Locust Swarm can stack up to 99 times.

Impale : This is a front AoE physical dmg ability from Anub’Rekhan, which will hit all raid members in front of Anub’Rekhan. This attack will deal around 700 to 2k dmg and throw you in the air, therefore taking additional falling damage; this special attack will target a random raid member in your raid.

Corpse Scarabs : Each time a mob or player dies, several Scarabs will spawn from their corpse, hopefully the Scarabs are non-elites 60’s with like 5k life and don’t hit very hard (150-300), therefore they can be easily dealt by class with AoE dmg spells.

Cornpo’s job was to keep the MT up and heal those hit by impale. Swiftmend comes in quite handy on this fight as quick heals are needed from time to time to keep those alive who would otherwise die due to fall damage from imaple.
